You can’t go to our marketing website and not find out what we do and how we help our clients, right? Actually, nothing is understood. Before we start with the ads, before we do the landing pages, before we configure the trackers – there’s often a lot of other unseen work.

What other work?

A life-saving digital operation. Literally. Unfortunately, over the last year we have been contacted by many clients who are disappointed with the agencies or professionals they have worked with. Well, disappointed is putting it lightly. From situations where thousands of leva a month have been spent without properly configured trackings – to outright lies like “we can put you an Econt integration, but it will cost as much as the whole WP site so far”. Or “spending 5000 = earning 15000, guaranteed”.. and many other marketing absurdities.

And we continue with the problems – no access to FB business manager, no access to Google Analytics, Tag Manager (when available at all). Often, when it is no longer tolerated and the client abandons such bullies, they do not hand them accesses, are unwilling to assist in the correct termination of relations.

What to do?

I know that many colleagues will understand us, both. For those who read this and don’t understand – it’s important to know that everything you pay for you should have access to. Not just access, but it must be set up through your accounts or at least handed over full access from the start. No one can own the access to your site once they have created it and you have paid for it. Any Facebook page that is created for your business is your property, any advertising account, google account, etc are yours. You claim them.

And as a final point – there is no magic happening at marketing agencies, no matter what they promise you. If the product or business is not ok, you will have to fix it. Marketing is a process, if it doesn’t work, at least we’ll be sure to tell you WHY it doesn’t work. It’s up to you whether you take our advice or close the business. But before you start with marketing – get your business’s digital assets in order, otherwise you’re not doing anything.
